Cookie Policy
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our analytics are cookieless, consent-gated, and easy to opt out of — here's the detail.

Our approach to cookies
A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser. Many sites use them to track you across the web. We've deliberately chosen not to. Praana Health uses minimal or no tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or follow you around the internet.
What we do and don't use
- Strictly necessary. A small number of cookies or equivalent local storage may be needed for the Site to function (for example, remembering a preference you've set, such as your analytics consent choice). These don't track you.
- Cookieless analytics. We measure aggregate, anonymous usage with Plausible Analytics, which by design does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We don't set them, and we don't allow third-party ad networks to do so on our behalf.
Consent for analytics
Even though our analytics are cookieless and anonymous, we treat your choice with respect: analytics is gated behind your consent. You can decline, and we'll still serve you the full Site. Your consent preference may be stored locally so we don't have to ask you on every visit.
How to opt out
You're always in control:
- Decline analytics consent when prompted, or change your choice later.
- Enable your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, or use a content/script blocker.
- Clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Note that clearing storage may reset your saved preferences.
